This is not your typical relationship site where just 1 person claims to be a relationship expert and runs the whole show. It's not a dating site or just for women either. This is a site where you can go for great articles, tips on keeping your relationship fresh and opinions on relationships of all levels. You can comment and share your own opinions and experiences with others as well.

The site is broken down into 5 sections: dating, exclusive, engaged, married and parents. Each section has articles, discussions and polls relating to that relationship stage. There are articles from when to take your relationship to the next level to advise on how to make an awesome marriage proposal. Even if you are single or recently went thru a breakup, the articles on the site may help you see a few things that could have been done differently and better prepare you for a better relationship experience next time. Hill Harper of CSI: NY even throws in his 2 cents with a great video full of his own opinions on relationships & marriage from a man's perspective.

TwoOfUs.org also has a Facebook page full of discussions with others individuals just like yourself. They recently had a fun Show Us The Love contest, the page is just great! If you want advise or just love to discuss topics like I do, this is a pretty cool place to do that so you should head over to the TwoOfUs.org Facebook page and like them to join in! Lupus Awareness Month

Fact of the day: The most common symptoms of lupus are: extreme fatigue or exhaustion, headaches, painful or swollen joints, fever, a butterfly-shaped rash across cheeks and nose, sun- or light-sensitivity, and hair loss.

I experience all of the symptoms underlined above on a regular basis. As for the butterfly rash, luckily I have not had one since last year. Also my hair is pretty thick, healthy and grows fast so fortunately the hair loss is not a big deal for me nor noticeable to others.

Lupus is a chronic, autoimmune disease that can damage any part of the body (skin, joints, and/or organs inside the body). Chronic means that the signs and symptoms tend to last longer than six weeks and often for many years. In lupus, something goes wrong with your immune system, which is the part of the body that fights off viruses, bacteria, and germs ("foreign invaders," like the flu). Normally our immune system produces proteins called antibodies that protect the body from these invaders. World Lupus Day began with a Proclamation 7 years ago by an international steering committee representing lupus organizations from 13 different nations when they met in Eaton, United Kingdom to organize the first observance of World Lupus Day. The Proclamation reflects the emerging issues that people with lupus around the world must face every day. The Proclamation serves to give a single voice to all individuals affected by this devastating and debilitating chronic disease.
