Thoughtful Thursday - Love Your Mother

Today is my mother's birthday and without a doubt I love her. Not all mother's a good but many of the ones that are go under-appreciated. We sometimes take our mommies for granted. Remember all the times she brushed your hair, kissed your boo boo's, nursed you when you were sick, gave you advice and wiped your tears. Maybe she took you to the park, played games with you and helped you pick your prom or wedding dress. Mommies are like teachers, nurses and friends wrapped into one...and when you're in trouble they are like cops! See how many jobs they have? They don't get paid money for their title of #1 Mom, their only reward is the love and appreciation you show them.

No one is perfect so love your mother even when they meddle in your life, even when they are wrong, even when they make mistakes. We all do! Love your mommy even when she calls you Tech Support and asks you 101 random questions because she thinks you know everything. Love her when she tries to take your makeup and glam goodies and then asks you 101 more questions and squeezes in another  "tech support" request...wait is that just my mother? Oops! Lol. Well you get it, love your mother! I love mine! See...
Taken 2 years ago, time for new photos!

I love my mother and wish her a very special birthday. Hmm, if I'm Princess Mina I guess that make her Queen Bee...how cute! My mommy has an extra job too...she runs her own website Prayer4Every1.com. Go give her a visit!

Beyond Lips: Smith's Rosebud Salve

Smith's Rosebud Salve is my absolute favorite lip balm ever made. With it's light rose scent, sheer pink tint and magical moisturizing effects, I just can't get enough! It can heal even the most dry, cracked lips. I love that I can wear it over lipstick as a nice, glossy shine or on bare lips and still look fabulous! The best part is that it is not sticky like lip gloss, so your honey won't mind getting kissed by your luscious rosebud lips, score for glam girls! But hold on hotfoot! This baby is not just a serenity on lips, it has many uses. You can dab a bit on your cheeks for a light, rosy glow instead of using blush. On the go and noticed some fly-aways? No problem, rub a bit of this salve on your hair and you're all set.

Use it on blemishes, chapped skin and burns. Just days ago I got a pretty craptastic burn on my hand from the curling iron. Oh the pain and redness...I'm injured! No worries, I whipped out my Smith's Rosebud Salve, rubbed it on my battle wound and immediately felt relief from the pain. The burn is healing faster than usual with no signs of scarring, that makes for a happy princess! Ooh, let me not forget about the glam Mama's out there, this stuff is even awesome for diaper rash. That's right! I tell ya, this stuff has many uses, it's like superhero Vaseline! Trust me, no matter what your situation, this fantabulous product comes in handy and it's the best $6 you'll ever spend! Smith's Rosebud Salve can be pretty tough to find, like Where's Waldo, but you can easily order it online. You won't regret it darlings!
