It is laundry detergent, fabric softener & dryer sheets all in one. Simply pop one of these babies in the washer with your clothes, then transfer it along with your clothes into the dryer. My clothes are clean, soft, static free and smell fabulous! No need to buy 3 separate items and go through the processes of adding the items.
